Experience:

• Proven advanced working experience with Teamcenter, FrameMaker, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Documoto, Docustudio, Microsoft Office and Corel.

• Proven working experience within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs and Content Management Systems (CMS).

• Creating technical documentation for heavy equipment (preferred) or related industry.

• Reading and interpreting engineering documentation.

• Basic familiarity with engineering change processes.

• Working with or the development of ISO standards.

Education:

BA/BS Degree or 8+ years of related experience in heavy equipment or related industry.

-or- AA Degree or Vocational Tech Education with 15+ years of related experience in the heavy equipment industry.

Interpret blueprints and drawings to produce specific weldments

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll cut, shape, and assemble steel components using a variety of welding techniques, shop equipment, and hand tools. Recent 2 years welding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and stick welding on a variety of steel components

• Cut and prepare materials using oxy/acetylene torch and plasma cutter

• Use shop equipment and hand tools to complete fabrication and assembly tasks

• Read and follow basic fabrication instructions and measurements

• Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong safety culture

 Qualifications

• 2 Years recent experience with MIG welding required; stick welding experience preferred

• Proficiency with hand tools and standard fabrication shop equipment

• Ability to safely operate oxy/acetylene and plasma cutting equipment

• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
