Yard Manager

Job Description
This position is for a Yard Manager. The position will be to organize the yard of products and supervise approximately 15 workers that are Heavy Equipment Operators and strappers.
Qualifications:
Must have 5 years of experience operating bulldozers, buckets and front end loaders (skid steer only experience does not apply).
Experience on a John Deere 444 is preferred.
Previous supervision experience is required.
The client would like an employee who is very organized and can keep items in order.
Eligible for raises if the employee shows great initiative, safety and work performance.
Starting pay is between $20 and $23 per hour depending on experience.
