We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Coordinator in Saint Augustine for an established, growing company.

This role will keep our wholesale operation organized and running day to day. This is a hands-on role that blends inventory organization, wholesale order processing, and logistics — including operating a company vehicle to retrieve apparel units from third-party partners. The right person takes pride in an orderly, accurate operation, works with a sense of urgency, and brings the initiative to keep things moving without being told.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm

Pay: $22/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming wholesale and B2B orders in Shopify and Cin7, verifying SKU selection, quantities, and order details before releasing to the floor

• Organize and maintain in-house wholesale inventory — receiving, staging, counting, and keeping the wholesale area clean and orderly

• Pick, pack, and perform quality control checks on wholesale orders prior to shipment, confirming packaging, labeling, and order accuracy

• Operate a company vehicle to retrieve apparel units from third-party vendors and partners; safely load, transport, and unload product

• Coordinate with Inventory Control to verify stock availability and flag shortages or discrepancies that could impact order fulfillment

• Maintain accurate records in the order and warehouse systems, ensuring wholesale orders are updated, closed, and reconciled correctly

• Communicate order status, priorities, and any fulfillment issues to the Operations Manager in a timely manner

• Support dropship order processing as the program develops, following established workflows and quality standards

• Help maintain wholesale fulfillment SOPs, ensuring procedures are followed consistently

• Assist fulfillment and other departments as needed, particularly during campaign surge periods

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

What You Need to Succeed:

• Punctual and reliable attendance; dependable with a strong work ethic

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior inventory experience required

• Prior wholesale or B2B order processing experience required

• Good with math — comfortable with counts, quantities, and basic calculations

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record; must be legally eligible to operate a company vehicle

• Familiarity with Shopify or similar order management systems (Cin7 a plus)

• Exceptional attention to detail and accurate, reliable work practices

• Initiative — a self-starter who takes ownership of the task in front of them

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

• Resiliency; responds well to constructive feedback

• An enthusiastic, positive person who embraces work with a sense of urgency and persistence

Requires the Ability to:

• Work a full 8-hour shift on your feet — standing, walking, and moving throughout the climate controlled warehouse

• Lift up to 50 pounds at a time

• Operate a company vehicle safely; load and unload apparel and boxes

• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in daily duties

• Perform assigned tasks timely and accurately

• Tolerate an environment where temperature and noise levels vary

• Follow instructions while also exercising independent judgment, sound reasoning, and problem-solving skills

• Read and understand wholesale orders, shipping documents, and inventory records; hear and communicate verbally

• Handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy
