Wax Injector

Job Description
Job Responsibilities: The responsibilities would be a combination of tasks which includes melting wax and pouring them into molds. In addition, a foundry worker is responsible for cleaning and assembling molds for the foundry where they work. Job Duties: • Placing wax dies under the wax press. • Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, and cycle time) according to specifications. • The Machinery will insert wax into the die but then you will have to remove the wax from the die. • Inspect the wax patterns for accuracy, defects, and quality control, checking for bubbles, cracks, or surface flaws. • Trim excess wax from the injected patterns. • Perform routine maintenance on wax injection machines, such as cleaning and lubricating parts. Skills and Qualifications : • Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day • Ability to work with hands in repetitive motions for 8+ hours a day • At least 1 year of experience in a foundry setting Benefits upon hire in: • Bonuses: after 90 days $1 per hour worked weekly based on attendance.
