Job Description

We are hiring for a Warehouse Lead in Dallas, TX.
 
As the Warehouse Lead, you’ll handle all aspects of warehouse operations in our employee-owned environment. This role oversees inventory control, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and team leadership—while supporting Oracle ERP workflows and contributing to our culture of ownership, safety, and operational excellence.
 
Pay: $27.38/hr
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Warehouse Operations & Oversight
· Manage daily receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities
· Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
 
Inventory Management
· Monitor stock levels and conduct regular cycle counts
· Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain ERP accuracy
· Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to align inventory with demand
 
Oracle ERP System Support
· Oversee data entry and transaction accuracy in Oracle modules (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement)
· Generate reports and support audits or reconciliations
· Collaborate with customer service and accounting teams to ensure system integrity
 
Vendor Coordination
· Place and track orders with vendors for replenishment
· Communicate delivery timelines and product availability to internal teams
· Support inbound logistics and vendor performance tracking
 
Team Leadership & Development
· Supervise warehouse staff and delegate daily tasks
· Train team members on safety protocols, equipment use, and ERP procedures
· Conduct performance reviews and foster a collaborative work culture
 
Ownership Culture Engagement
· Participate in ESOP education and employee-owner meetings
· Promote shared success through process improvement and team accountability
· Uphold company values in all interactions with staff, vendors, and customers
 
Qualifications
3–5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred)
Familiarity with safety regulations and inventory control practices
Preferred Attributes
Experience in employee-owned or mission-driven organizations
Knowledge of air filtration products or distribution workflows
Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and team collaboration
