Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a warehouse associate in Tallahassee.
This candidate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods. This role ensures accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)

Organize and store inventory in designated locations

Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are followed

Assist with loading and unloading trucks

Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg)

Basic math and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills

Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
