We are seeking a Utility Worker / Floater for an established company in the Muskegon, MI area who will be working with a foundry environment, assisting in various areas of the shop including, but not limited to, helping in the melt department, knockout, shovel, sweep, load cores, etc. On-the-job training is provided

Job Duties of the Utility Worker / Floater:

• Assist departments as needed
• Follow instructions and learn the production process
• Finishing
• Inspection
• Melt Tech
• Knockout
• Janitorial
• Any other duties required by the client.

Skills and Qualifications of the Utility Worker / Floater:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to handle prolonged periods of standing.
• Must wear required hearing and eye protection.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time. Occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
