We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Associate to join our team in Gainesville, FL. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, has a strong eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The Showroom Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, maintaining an attractive and organized showroom, and assisting clients in selecting products that meet their needs.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm

Job Duties of the Showroom Sales Associate:

• Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide friendly, professional assistance.

• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and style.

• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing options.

• Prepare quotes and process orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring products are well-displayed and organized.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications of the Showroom Sales Associate:

• Previous experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS systems, CRM)

• Must be able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
  

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods

• Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
