We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping finished products while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.50/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday 5am to 3:30pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards

• Verify shipping orders, labels, packing slips, and inventory counts for accuracy

• Load and unload trucks and deliveries safely and efficiently

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure on-time shipments

• Maintain organized shipping and staging areas

• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies

• Track shipments and update inventory or shipping systems as needed

• Assist with receiving incoming materials and supplies when required

• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Experience with shipping software or ERP systems is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift certification is a plus
