We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician for an established company in the Sparta, TN area who’s reliable, motivated, and ready to make an impact from day one. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the variety that comes with hands-on work, this is the opportunity for you.

Pay: $18+ per hour, based on experience and performance

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 9am until the job is complete (results-focused, not clock-focused).

Job Duties of the HVAC Service Technician:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems with efficiency and accuracy

• Perform preventative maintenance, system repairs, and new installations

• Respond to emergency service calls with professionalism and urgency

• Communicate clearly with customers, offering solutions and building trust

• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and accurate job documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices

• Stay up to date with the latest HVAC tools, techniques, and technologies

Skills and Qualifications of the HVAC Service Technician:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Highly motivated, self-directed, and well-organized

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
