We are hirng servers for a new restaurant in Palm Coast.

Availability for early hours and late afternoon into evening is desired.

Job Responsibilities:

Servers will be responsible for a number of responsibilities to include: preparation and cooking of small food items, preparation of coffee beverages using industrial espresso machines, cleaning kitchen, coffee area, and lounge area, taking orders, handling cash, and providing professional and friendly customer service

Job Duties:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations.

• Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare espresso drinks, create specialty beverages and serve wine.

• Equipment Operation: Properly operate cooking machines, espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee/food equipment.

• Food Service: Prepare and serve food items.

• Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash & credit card transactions.

• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean work area, sanitize equipment, and follow food safety guidelines.

• Inventory Management: Stock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and replenish items as needed.

• Customer Service: Address customer concerns, answer questions about menu items, and strive to provide a positive experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Food handler's license required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in food service industry required.

• High attention to detail with ability to multitask.

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
