Job Responsibilities:

FastTrack Staffing is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Outside & Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business by building strong client relationships and generating new opportunities.

Job Duties:

•Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

•Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales meetings and presentations.

•Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business.

•Maintain regular contact with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.

•Track sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.

•Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outside/inside sales preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling or order management systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
