Job Responsibilities:

The Lead Fabricator is responsible for overseeing fabrication projects from start to finish while guiding and mentoring a team of fabricators. This role requires hands-on fabrication skills, strong leadership, and the ability to ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Job Duties:

•Apply product knowledge to marketing;/Sales of goods and services

•Apply sales techniques to best serve our customers

•Identify best products for customers needs.

•Practice “Honesty and Integrity” in all matters

•Develop sales plan to grow sales/ cold calling, prospecting, and networking.

•Develop solid customer relationships.

•Sell products and services.

•Develop, present, and price customer solutions.

•Oversee installations in conjunction with field crews.

•Follow-up with customers to ensure relationship continues.

•Expand customer base by attracting new customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

•Five years sales experience in the sheet metal and/or material collection industry.

•A wide knowledge base covering sheet metal applications is a plus.

•Ability to accurately measure and draw sketches, and read blue prints.

•Mechanically inclined.

•Knowledge of calculating CFM’s and static pressure.

•Computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel)

•Project management skills

•Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus

•Strong math skills.

•Must have own tools and welding equipment.

•The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
