Job Responsibilities: SMT Operators handle equipment used to develop circuits with surface mount technology (components are mounted directly on circuit boards). Small scale assembly of internal components and wirings. Inspection of products. Will involve the use of computers regularly. Perform the hand place process of SMT components according to customer specifications. Execute the inspection of electrical assemblies to assure that they fulfill the specifications of quality policy and industry standards.
