We are seeking a Roto-Molder for an established company in the Muskegon, MI area who will perform daily operation of rotational molding equipment. This includes start-up & shutdown, loading & unloading, mold changes, and troubleshooting. 

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with mandatory overtime as needed

Job Duties of the Roto-Molder:

• Perform standard preventive maintenance activities and recommend / oversee more significant machine & mold repairs.

• Insure that products are produced to specification and insure overall molded product quality.

• Operate a lift truck or other material movement equipment to move parts and molds to or from designated work area.

• Trimming of flash and other materials from products.

• Completing pre-assemblies of parts for transfer to full assembly.

• Monitoring inventory levels.

• Document all molding, trim / pre-assembly, preventive maintenance and safety procedures and insure compliance.

Skills and Qualifications of the Roto-Molder:

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, stoop, lift and reach for 8+ hours

• 3 years of rotational molding experience, including mold change and preventative maintenance. 

• Must be able to properly read bills of material and product manuals

• Ability to operate a forklift and other material movement equipment is preferred. 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
