Requirements:

• a strong work history, recruiting experience highly preferred

• excellent computer skills

• experience in high call volume environments

• strong business presentation skills

• a never-quit-until-the-job-is-done attitude

• a team oriented work approach with an ability to work well independently

• the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• excellent communication skills - written and verbal

• strong organizational and planning skills

• a high level of integrity and pride in their work

• bilingual Spanish-English is an asset

• must be able to work 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen and place candidates on client sites

• Assist clients by finding the right match through effective recruiting, interviewing, and coaching

• Skill market top candidates to companies with a need for the individual’s skills and abilities

• Deliver a quality experience for clients and candidates through superior service and communication
