Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist for an established company in the Gainesville, FL area. This role involves managing a multi-line phone system and providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Additionally, we value candidates who are eager to learn and contribute across different departments within our organization.
Key Duties of the Receptionist:
Operate a multi-line phone system, answering and directing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Assist in ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
