The QA Specialist is responsible for workshop's  document management, registration, issuance, distribution, etc. The QA Specialist is also responsible for Quality department matters follow-up, quality activity planning, quality culture construction,Internal audit and other quality relation item.

 Duties/Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                  

• Responsible for document management.

• Responsible for registration,  numbering, issuance, storage, distribution and maintenance of the controlled documents.

• Responsible for recycle/scrap/destroy of expired, invalid document.

• Responsible for preserving and maintaining original copy of the controlled documents.

• Responsible for summarize situation of document management.

• Responsible for archiving of the issuance documents of headquarters.

• Responsible for completing the relevant audit work of ISO9001 certification. 

• Responsible for quality activity planing

• Responsible for quality culture construction.

• Responsible for internal audit

• Responsible for quality department matters follow-up     

• Responsible for Weekly &Monthly following up quality leaning& training plan\Work plan\  KPI\meeting summary                                                                        

• Responsible for other tasks provided by supervisor. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Mandarin and English

• Master common computer skills, Microsoft Excel,  Microsoft Office, Email management, data entry.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
