Quality Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Inspector for an established company in the Ferrysburg, FL area who will inspect and prepare all products for shipment.
Job Duties of the Quality Inspector:
Inspect/ Stamp/ Count/ Box/ Collect Shipping Info- All Outgoing Shipments
Identify/ Record/ Update- All Work Order Standards & SOP Narratives
Verify Count/ Inspect/ Scrap- All Incoming Returns
Communicate with Department Supervisors- All Quality Related Concerns/ Changes/ Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities/ Solutions for Problematic Parts etc.
Maintain/ Clean/ Sustain- All Cleaning Regiments
Skills and Qualifications of the Quality Inspector:
At least 1 year of experience in a quality position
Any certificates or education is helpful
Computer and interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day
Must be able to work with hands in repetitive motions for 8+ hours a day
Strong eye for detail
Steel-toe work boots REQUIRED
Benefits once hired in!
Bonuses: after 90 days $1 per hour worked weekly based on attendance. Have had bonuses of $450-500 with no attendance issues.
OT typically worked during the week to allow weekends off.
