Job Responsibilities:
This position would include properly reading assembly instructions and utilizing those instructions to assemble boxes for packaging automotive parts to be shipped. This position would also include operating a molding machine that makes thin plastic trays that are used in the packaging process, as well as re-packing automotive parts as needed.
Job Duties:
• Properly reading assembly instructions
• Assemble boxes for packaging automotive parts to be shipped
• Adding specific dividers and trays into boxes as they are called for
• Operating a molding machine that makes thin plastic trays
• Trimming off excess plastic “flash” from the trays
• Unpacking products from boxes and containers
• Re-packing them into other boxes and containers as instructions call for.
Skills and Qualifications:
• The ability to stand for 8 or more hours a day
• The ability to work weekends or stay after if needed
• The ability to work as a team
• The ability to lift 10-15lbs repetitively
• The ability to follow assembly and work instructions
