Job Description
Job Description: Outside press operators are responsible for molding, finishing and inspecting a variety of parts. Every station has a packet which includes directions on how to cut, and mold the material, how to place it in the machine and how to finish the part after it cooks . These operators are also responsible for quality checks on parts including but not limited to, visual, warpage and thickness checks. As well as maintaining a clean work area. Skills and Requirements: -Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day -Being able to work with Fiberglass -Must have basic math skills -Work at a steady speed -Micrometers and Calipers Benefits Once Hired In: $1.00 increase once hired in. After 30 days; Employee assistance program (6 sessions free therapy) Uniforms - $6.95/check but they are washed for you After 60 days; Free qualified day if you go the entire quarter without missing time other than lack of work, you get an 8 hours vacation day After 90 days; 16 hours vacation 16 hours unpaid time off Medical, Vision, Dental Supplemental insurance through UNUM like aflac *This is a drug-free workplace.
