CNC Mill Operator – Direct Hire
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32258
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role focuses on mostly custom work, producing precise parts for industries including aerospace, railroad, construction, and medical. Experience working with various metals is preferred. The position also involves occasional travel to client sites using a company-provided, insured vehicle, so a valid driver’s license and reasonably clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines according to blueprints and specifications

• Measure parts accurately using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers

• Inspect finished parts for quality and tolerance compliance

• Perform basic CNC maintenance and troubleshooting

• Travel to client sites as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• CNC milling experience

• Experience with various metals preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Attention to detail and precision

• Physical ability to lift and handle materials as needed

PPE & Tools:

• Steel-toe boots and durable work pants required

• Safety glasses and standard work gloves provided

• Candidate provides basic hand tools (calipers, Allen wrenches, crescent wrenches)

• Power tools provided onsite
