Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Individual will pour molten metal from ladle into molds to produce metal castings

 

 

Job Duties:

• Load metal ingots into furnaces

• Skim slag off molten metal

• Pour molten metal into sand molds utilizing hand ladle or overhead monorail

• Keeps work area clean by performing general housekeeping duties.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

•Foundry and/or molding experience is a plus, but no required

•Forklift experience a plus, but not required.

•Ability to stand 8+ hours for their shift

•Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
