Job Description

Picking Lead

 

Quality & Material Control

• Investigate and resolve logistics-related quality issues involving inventory.

• Process inventory status changes within LEAN, including moving materials between Good Stock, Hold, and Rejected inventory locations as required.

• Work closely with Quality personnel to ensure proper inventory disposition and material traceability.

 

Receiving Issue Resolution

• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies including:

o Purchase order mismatches

o Incorrect quantities received

o Incorrect materials received

o Shipment and documentation issues

• Coordinate with Procurement and Buyers to resolve receiving-related concerns.

 

System & Process Support

• Ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions within LEAN and QuickBase.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

• Maintain compliance with company inventory control procedures and standards.

 

Candidate will need to be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
