Parts Inspector (1st Shift)

Job Description
We are seeking a Parts Inspector for an established company in the Montague, MI area who will visually inspect different manufacturing parts in different industries. The ideal candidate is someone who can use ring lights, calipers, and micrometers to ensure all specs are met, as well as accurately label finished parts and complete production paperwork.
Job Duties of the Parts Inspector:
Visually inspect parts for paint & molding defects.
Properly label parts that have been inspected.
Fill out production paperwork accurately.
Use inspection tools such as ring lights, calipers, and micrometers.
Production / Assembly
Package products.
Skills and Qualifications of the Parts Inspector:
Inspection experience is preferred but not required
Must be able to stand for 8 or more hours a day
Must be able to work weekends or stay after if needed
Must be able to work as a team
Must be able to lift 25-40lbs repetitively
Traveling to different locations for onsite inspection as needed.
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
