Pallet Builder
Job Description
Pallet builder needed for 2nd shift - 2: 30pm to 11pm Monday to Friday $17.50/hr
Carpenter needed to build pallets. You should be a people person who can work well with a team and collaborate with people from other departments.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Building pallets
- Follow all Company guidelines regarding attendance, PPE and Safety.
- Flexible in working different areas as needed.
- Eager to learn different skills following our cross-training matrix.
- Be able to work some overtime.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Carpentry/construction experience preferred
- Safety conscious
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to read and write, sit, walk within the facility to access file cabinets, documents, stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 10 pounds. They also occasionally move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs.
