Packaging Associate (1st Shift)
Job Description
We are seeking Packaging Associates for an established company in the Fremont, MI area who will be working on a packaging line, packing road salt and pool chemicals.
Job Duties of the Packaging Associate:
Ensuring machines fill product containers properly
Making sure dates and codes print on containers correctly
Properly filling out production documents
Labeling products for shipping purposes
Staging products on skids to be shipped
Skills and Qualifications of the Packaging Associate:
The ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively, and lift 50 lbs occasionally
The ability to stand for 8 hours a day
The ability to lift, twist, and bend throughout the day
The ability to work in a team environment
