We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative for an established company on the Southside of Jacksonville who will:

• Go into client’s homes to measure windows and present window treatment options. 

• Provide estimates and client support throughout the order process which includes installation, repair, and collections.

Schedule: Tuesday thru Saturday, 8:30am to 6pm, Weekly sales meetings on Thursdays at 7am

Training is expected to take 4-6 months

Salary plus commission once fully trained, potential to make $75,000 first year

Additional Tasks of the Outside Sales Representative:

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability.

• Complete paperwork in a timely efficient manner.

• Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.

• Attend sales meetings every Thursday morning at 7am.

• Provide Installation and Repair support when needed.

• Education – High School Diploma required

• Clean background & driving record

• Limited mechanical ability recommended

• Prior Window Coverings experience or Home Construction knowledge is preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic mathematic skills

• Must be capable of using a 25’ extension ladder

• Lifting requirements- must be able to lift and carry/manage up to 60 lbs

• Flexible schedule based on job demands

• Good organizational skills

• Ability to manage time wisely
