Job Description

Job Title: On-Call Banquet Server
Location: Ocala
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: On-Call / As-Needed (Weekends & Evenings Required)

 

We are seeking professional, dependable On-Call Banquet Servers to support events in the Ocala area. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible work while gaining experience in hospitality and event service.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications

  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide excellent guest service throughout events

  • Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized event space

  • Assist with breakdown and post-event cleanup

  • Follow all food safety and service standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous banquet or restaurant experience preferred

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
