Office Receptionist
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
The Primary responsibilities for this position would be any job duties to perform Receptionist, Office Assistant, and/or HR Assistant duties.

Job Duties
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Take Messages
• Greet visitors
• Data Entry of Daily Timecards
• Record Keeping for Attendance and Paid Time Off
• Orientation Processing of New Hires

Skill and Qualifications:
• Basic Computer Skills needed.
• Ability to learn QuickBooks / Job Boss.
• Ability to work well with people during difficult situations.
• Pay attention to details.
• Effective listening skills
• A positive and willing-to-learn attitude
• Time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills
