Office Manager
Job Description
The Real Estate Broker - Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the real estate office and driving business development. The primary goal of this role is to grow the company’s resale and operations by promoting and enhancing brand presence in the regions where the company operates or plans to expand.

This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of real estate practices. The Office Manager will support the team of real estate agents, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and improve overall office efficiency. This role involves independent decision-making in sales and business operations.

Qualifications:
Active Florida Real Estate or Broker License
Active Florida Driver’s License in good standing
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Management
Strong knowledge of real estate practices and regulations
