• Work hours 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday at office location

Tasks:
• Communicate orders to Vendors
• Coordinate deliveries of product
• Ensure orders are shipping on time and correctly
• Facilitate Bids throughout the state
• Manage Vendor Contracts
• Manage End user Contracts
• Produce and keep current pricing records for all vendors
• Manage numerous large projects at once
• Provide quotes to customers regularly
• Assist other staff members with problem solving skills & knowledge of pricing and contracts
Compensation:
• Starting annual salary range $52,000.00 to $62,400.00 depending on experience. 1-week paid vacation after 1 year. 1-week sick time per year. 2-week vacation after 2 years. Company simple retirement plan after 2 years of service with 3% company match.
