Service Technician

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who’s reliable, motivated, and ready to make an impact from day one. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the variety that comes with hands-on work, this is the opportunity for you.
Pay: Starting at $14/hour, with performance-based raise potential of up to $5/hour within the first 30 days
Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus every other weekend
Hours:Â 9:00 AM until the job is completed (results-focused, not clock-focused)
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems with efficiency and accuracy

Perform preventative maintenance, system repairs, and new installations

Respond to emergency service calls with professionalism and urgency

Communicate clearly with customers, offering solutions and building trust

Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and accurate job documentation

Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices

Stay up to date with the latest HVAC tools, techniques, and technologies
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-
Highly motivated, self-directed, and well-organized
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
