Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Ocala, FL
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 3:30P M
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our warehouse production team in Ocala, FL. This role involves working on the production floor to assemble custom wire harnesses according to customer specifications, with a focus on precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble custom harnesses based on detailed customer requirements

Install pins, connectors, and terminals in the termination process

Follow work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and functionality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support overall production operations and meet daily output goals
Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
