Our Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for:

• Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements. Perform repairs efficiently and accurately to restore proper function of air condition units.

• Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components of HVAC systems to ensure peak performance and efficiency.

• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers professionally and courteously, providing explanations of services performed and recommendations for optimal HVAC systems performance. Address customer concerns and inquires promptly and effectively.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, including work orders, service reports, and inventory usage. Complete paperwork and documentation in a timely and organized manner.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers. Adhere to safety guidelines when handling HVAC equipment, tools, and materials

Requirements:

Must have technician experience.

Must have a valid Driver’s license and clear driving record.

Must possess the ability to own and use power tools effectively and safely.

Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard time frame.
