Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks on the manufacturing floor, including operating machinery, assembling components, inspecting finished goods, and helping to package products.

 

 

Job Duties:

•Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment such as thermal forming machines, glueing machines, and other production tools.

•Perform foam cutting using machines, hand or power tools as needed.

•Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and conformity to specifications.

•Assemble components accurately according to work instructions and process standards.

•Package finished products with care to prevent damage during storage and shipment.

•Using a hammer to punch out the holes in the products.

•Operate a forklift as needed.

 

 

Skills and Qualifications

•At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.

•High school diploma or GED

•Ability to lift up to 50lbs

•The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
