Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Panel Builder is responsible for building custom electrical panels to be installed in industrial HVAC equipment.

 

 

Job Duties :

• Mounting electrical devices (transformers, drives, etc.) to a back plate using hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches).

• Running wire between the devices using hand tools (wire cutters and strippers) and labeling each wire during the build.

• Read electrical prints to build the panels.

 

 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

•1 year of experience in building electrical panels (boxes) and in wiring.

•Understanding different grades/voltage of wires

•Experience with power tools and blueprint reading.

•High school diploma or any combination equivalent

•Organization and attention to detail

•Ability to lift up to 50lbs

•The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
