Nightshift Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Nightshift Supervisor for a company in Jacksonville. This is a direct hire with excellent benefits.
The night shift Supervisor will manage the night crew laborers and operators during the normal hours of 4 pm to Midnight, Monday through Friday and during vessel operations from 7 pm to 7 am as needed including weekends,
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising a small team of less than 10 employees

Operate forklift and/or skid steer

Conduct orientation and training for new employees
-
Document workplace accidents, injuries, and incidents.

Enforce safety guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the logistics, transportation, or port industry.
Skills:-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to train and influence staff effectively.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach.
