Janitorial Supervisor (Nightshift)

Job Description
We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area to oversee a team of janitors who handle the sanitation and cleaning of 5 local restaurants nightly.
Schedule: Nightshift – Monday thru Friday, 11pm to 5am OR Monday thru Sunday, 12am to 5am
Job Duties of the Janitorial Supervisor:
Supervise and manage a team of custodial employees who work during the night shift.
Oversee various operational activities.
Resolve any problems or issues that arise during the night shift. This could involve troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, addressing employee concerns, and finding solutions to operational challenges.
Provide regular reports to higher-level management, detailing the night shift's activities, performance, and any notable incidents.
Skills and Qualifications of the Janitorial Supervisor:
1 years’ experience (preferred)
Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
Team Management
Problem-Solving Abilities
Attention to Detail
Integrity and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills
