Job Responsibilities: Clean, grind, polish, and perform all types of metal finishing work on stainless steel and other metals, by hand or using hand-held power tools or other specialized machines. Apply finishes to the metals. Job Duties : - Utilizing a grinding wheel to ensure surfaces are smooth and polished - Properly recording parts with defects - Ensuring all measurements are accurate - Conducting an necessary tests on products - Visual inspection of polished products - Ability to work with products made from different materials such as metals, clay, wood, etc.   Skills and Qualifications : - Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day - Repetitive motions of the hands - Tour/testing with the company prior to start Hire in Benefits: - Pay is dependent on piece rate, the more pieces produced the more you get paid for - Health insurance, prescription safety glasses and dental insurance after 90 days.  - 1 week vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks of vacation after 5 years, 3 weeks of vacation after 10 years. *This is a drug-free workplace.
