Job Description

Welder

Location: Ocala, FL (On-Site)

 

Schedule: Mon- Fri 6:25 AM-Finished (Overtime, including weekends is possible and mandatory if scheduled)

 

Pay Rate: $18-$22/HR

 

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll cut, shape, and assemble steel components using a variety of welding techniques, shop equipment, and hand tools.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and stick welding on a variety of steel components

  • Cut and prepare materials using oxy/acetylene torch and plasma cutter

  • Use shop equipment and hand tools to complete fabrication and assembly tasks

  • Read and follow basic fabrication instructions and measurements

  • Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

  • Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a strong safety culture

 

 Qualifications

  • Experience with MIG welding required; stick welding experience preferred

  • Proficiency with hand tools and standard fabrication shop equipment

  • Ability to safely operate oxy/acetylene and plasma cutting equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

 

This position requires the ability to pass a drug test and background check
