Job Description

Job Title: Drafting Associate

Rate of Pay: $18+

We are seeking a motivated Drafting Associate to join our team in a construction materials manufacturing office environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a stable, hands-on industry.
Note: During the first 1–2 weeks, you will work in the plant to observe and learn how our products are made.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating and updating technical drawings and documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support drafting needs

  • Learn manufacturing processes to ensure accurate and practical designs

  • Work within digital systems and computer-based tools daily

Qualifications:

  • Experience with drafting, AutoCAD, and blueprint reading

  • Strong comfort with digital tools and computer-based work

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team

  • Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on plant training
