Job Description

We are seeking a Cabinet Assembler for an established company in the North Muskegon, MI area who will be making cabinets from scratch using gluing, sanding, and power tools. 

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30pm with mandatory overtime as needed

 

Job Duties of the Cabinet Assembler:

  • Cut, shape and assemble wooden articles.

  • Operate a variety of wood working machines.

  • Inspect wood and stock pieces for blemishes or defects.

  • Set up or operate table saws, hand routers, boring machines or other wood working tools.

  • Utilize hand and power tools to assemble products. 

  • Read instructions.

 

Skills and Qualifications of the Cabinet Assembler:

  • Woodworking experience preferred but not required 

  • Must be able to lift 30lbs repetitively 

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs occasionally 

  • The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
