We are seeking a Machine Repair Technician for an established company in the Muskegon, MI area who will complete maintenance and repairs of hydraulically and pneumatically operated machinery throughout the plant.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 2pm to 10pm, with available overtime

Job Duties of the Machine Repair Technician:

• Observe and follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees

• Read and follow all job related work instructions.

• Rebuild of pneumatic cylinders and valves

• Responsible for maintenance (except electrical) on air compressors

• Maintain all wells, water pumps and emission systems

• Trouble shoot and maintain ACS unit

• Handle all pipefitting as needed

• Adhere to TS 16949 Work Instructions

• Maintain Robots/gas systems – flame hardening

• Maintain and troubleshoot various equipment in the plant as needed for continuous operation

Skills and Qualifications of the Machine Repair Technician:

• Minimum of Two Years of Manufacturing Experience or Similar Experience

• Must be able to read blue prints, schematic and hydraulic

• High School Diploma or GED

• Six years minimum of practical experience or Journeyman status
