Job Responsibilities:

Daily operation of rotational molding equipment. Duties include startup & shutdown, loading / unloading, mold changes, and troubleshooting.

Job Duties:

• Performs standard preventive maintenance activities and recommends / oversees more significant machine & mold repair.

• Insures that products are produced to specification and insures overall molded product quality.

• Operates lift truck or other material movement equipment to move parts and molds to or from designated work area.

• Trimming of flash and other materials from products.

• Completing pre-assemblies of parts for transfer to full assembly.

• Monitoring inventory levels

• Documents all molding, trim / pre-assembly, preventive maintenance and safety procedures and insures compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• The ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, lift and reach for 8+ hours

• 3 years of rotational molding experience, including mold change and preventative maintenance.

• Must be able to properly read bills of material and product manuals

• Ability to operate a forklift and other material movement equipment preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
