Job Description

We are seeking Brake Press Operators for an established company in the Muskegon, MI area who will operate a brake press machine to bend, form, or straighten metal sheets according to blueprints or specs.

Schedule: Monday thru Thursday, 3pm to 1am, with mandatory overtime as needed

 

Job Duties of the Brake Press Operator:

  • Operate a Brake Press machine.

  • Load / unload materials to and from the machines.

  • Set Up / Programming of the Machines.

  • Inspection on all products.

  • Operate a forklift as needed.

  • Use Precision Measuring tools (calipers and protractors).

  • Perform regular maintenance.

 

Skills and Qualifications of the Brake Press Operator:

  • Brake Press Operating Experience, programming is a plus.

  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day.

  • Precision measurement reading.

  • Blueprint reading experience.
