Team Lead
Job Description
We are hiring for a team lead in a manufacturing environment on the Westside of Jacksonville.
Schedule: 5:45AM – 6:00 PM, on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule.
Pay: $19.50
The Lead is responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring team members follow established procedures and safety standards. This role provides guidance, communicates priorities, and assists supervisors with executing production and staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign work based on staffing and production needs.
• Monitor performance, progress, and overall workflow across the department.
• Support training of new hires and ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
• Assist in tracking metrics, attendance, and shift-related documentation.
• Identify issues impacting productivity and escalate as needed.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and proper use of equipment.
• Serve as a point of contact during the shift to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a lead or coordinator role preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with production processes, material flow, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support team success.
