Plastic Injection Mold Operator (1st Shift)
Job Description
We are seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Operator for an established company in the Coopersville, MI area who will be responsible for all aspects of the injection mold processes including changing out molds, completing setups, troubleshooting, and operation & maintenance of injection mold equipment.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6:30am to 3pm
Job Duties of the Plastic Injection Mold Operator:
- Tending to 3-4 machines at a time
- Carry out production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties.
- Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available.
- Parts Inspection.
- Packaging.
- Grinding scrap plastic.
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications of the Plastic Injection Mold Operator:
- Plastic Injection experience preferred but not required.
- Troubleshoot
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions of the hands.
