Job Responsibilities:

The Painter is responsible for the preparation and painting of HVAC /Process equipment during the manufacturing process. This individual is required to maintain and operate the airless paint system to accomplish this task. This individual will be responsible for the inspection and quality out all product finishing. They will use drawings, specs and/or verbal instructions as well as exercising judgment and experience to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Duties :

• Ability to paint using airless finish system.

• Ability to organize product flow into and out of the paint/wash booths.

• Ability to use hand tools.

• Ability to operate forklift equipment.

• This position will rotate between Wash Bay, Prime Painting, Spray Foam, Final Coat

Skills and Qualifications:

•1 year of industrial painting using a spray gun.

•Operational proficiency with forklift, overhead crane, and scissor lift equipment.

•High school diploma or any combination equivalent

•Organization and attention to detail

•Ability to lift up to 50lbs

•The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day

• Wear painting gear / respirators in a painting booth for long periods of time.
