We are seeking Final Inspection Assembly Technicians for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area who will be assembling solar panels in an environment controlled, manufacturing facility.

Dayshift: 6am to 6pm

Rotating Shift: 2 days on/ 2 days off/ 3 days on/ 2 days off/ 2 days on/ 3 days off

Duties of the Assembly Tech:

• Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the finished products to ensure they meet design and quality requirements, including checks on dimensions, appearance, and functionality.

• According to the department's arrangements and instructions, complete daily tasks on time and efficiently. means that an employee must follow the directives of their superiors or department and ensure that daily work objectives and responsibilities are met."

• When defects or abnormalities are discovered, promptly record them and report to the relevant departments.

• Record inspection results and fill out quality inspection reports, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.

• Collaborate closely with production, technical, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes and stable product quality.

• Strictly follow safety operation procedures during inspection work to ensure the safety of oneself and others.

• Continuously learn and master new inspection technologies and quality management concepts to enhance professional skills.

• Ensure that quality product is produced.
